My Belief
“I believe most people are capable of far more than they realize- not because they lack talent, but because they lack structure & systems.”
My 5 Principles
- Valuation of structure over chaos.
- Dedication to discipline rather than motivation.
- Trusting clear systems & routines.
- Merit of clarity & focus over busyness.
- Aspiration of deep work modes and flowstates.
My Story

What problem did I face?
I am a planning-enthusiast by heart and have always been so. But I experienced all different sorts of phases where I struggled finding systems that benefit me.
My biggest problem was covering all areas in life with a good amount of balance that doesn’t end up in a way that leaves me overthinking stressfully. From accomplishing personal goals and sustaining self-care time, social time with friends, work, personal projects over hobbies, cooking, educational consumption, fitness and sports, nutrition, and so on…
The desire to cover all aspects of life in order to live healthily and content. This left me with a remaining thought that longed for clarity and a system that works FOR me rather than against me…
What did not work?
I realised that wanting to cover all these life-mattering components was a mental hassle without knowing how to approach it. Perfectionism stood me in the way on top of that.

What has changed?
However, firstly I came to the conclusion that there is no way to aim for perfection when it comes to ideal planning. Just the simple doing of it and experimenting with methods and systems will potentially lead me to a beneficial technique.

What did I discover?
Intuitively, I started addressing a measure that was dedicated to TAKE ACTION rather than falling to thought patterns. It was my little but significant step forward in the right direction.
